The important qualities you would want when choosing a company for your roofing project are quality workmanship, a good warranty backing up the workmanship, respect for your home by keeping it clean during the project, good communication, and finally, integrity to deliver the work on time as promised. All these qualities I found in Advanced Roofing Systems. I received multiple bids for the job, but the price Carlos quoted us was the best. More important to me was the language in the contract backing up the workmanship. It told me they stand by their work. I’m very happy with our new roof and happy I chose Advanced Roofing Systems.
